Ladakh trekking information

I found this forum to be extremely useful when I was trekking in Nepal last year. Can anyone (who has actually been there) recommend a good company in Ladakh to organize the Zanskar trek? I don't think I can do this one independently, seeing as there are no lodges to speak of in Ladakh and I don't feel like carrying 21 days worth of food and gear.

I'm also considering meeting people and hiring a ponyman, but am not going to have my own tent and think it may be worth the money to just have a company arrange everything for this trek for me - I'm hoping to be able to find and/or join one or two other hikers.
