Dj Hi-Shock began his versatile professional career in Denmark in 1986 winning local DJ Championships 3 years in a row before moving down to Australia. Inspired by the early electronic music of Detroit, Chicago, early german techno and underground sounds of belgian New Beat, he stepped up to the turntables and never looked back. Hi-Shock has been producing quality techno and deep trance since 1994 and DJing with a record collection that started in 1982. Always striving to perfect his skills, he is constantly taking his music to a higher level. Hi-Shock has performed alongside top DJs and producers such as Sven Vath, Kevin Saunderson, Oliver Lieb, Roughage, Thomas P. Heckmann, Commander Tom, Lenny Dee, Dr.Motte, Mijk van Dijk and Jens Lisat. His sound is full of pounding drums and hypnotizing rhythms.
